FLASH POLL
On a scale of 1-4, how would you rate your kid’s productivity this summer? |
THIS KID ROCKS
The book that will help your kid get into an Ivy League school
A Prequel kid is publishing a book.
Not just any book — a book designed to help your kid get into college.
What began as a group challenge to create a business over a weekend has soared to new heights under the leadership of a single ambitious student—
Joshua Swift-Rawal.
The business is 75 Percent Chance — a program that helps kids discover and nurture their “spike” — a project or initiative that truly sets them apart from their peers.
The idea behind 75 Percent Chance is that the Ivy League acceptance rates are usually around 5%, but that number leaps to 75% if the applicant is an Olympian.
Why? Olympians run fast and jump high (among many other physical talents), but how does that qualify them academically?
It doesn’t.
What does quality them is the dedication, planning, process, and execution that comes with being an Olympic-level athlete.
And that’s something that every kid can develop — regardless of their athletic aptitude.
In Joshua’s new book, he’s compiled loads of data and the most up-to-date tactics on how high school kids can develop the resume that the top colleges are seeking.
And well done, Joshua! 👏
